Description

Jeans made in dry selvedge denim. This one's our heritage, the 13.75 oz. Kaihara selvedge that has been with us since 2001. A fabric with the potential to become the greatest looking pair of jeans you ever put on. The fabric is tightly woven and has a right-hand construction with slubby yarns. It has an orange selvedge id line, a feature made exclusively for us. We recommend 6 months of hard, every day, wear before the first wash, if not longer. This way you will end up with a beautiful pair of worn-in jeans. It sure is a long time, however, it's only a recommendation. As long as you give them love, the result will be great.

Care Instructions

Wash only when needed. But when you do, always follow the care instruction, and you'll enjoy your garment longer.

Do not tumble dry

Machine wash at 40°C

Nice jeans. Rigid on the first wearing but they soften quickly. The only complaint is the tight front pockets. Waiting to see how they will change over time.

So far the jeans have been amazing. I will say they do run a bit short. I normally wear a 32 length and while they are not to short I would not order that length again. This is the same for the waist, unless you are on the thin, lean side, i would size up. With all that being said i know they will stretch a bit in the waist and I still really like them so far. I know they will be may favorite jeans soon.

Its been about 30 wears since purchase and these jeans are aging gracefully. Love the fit and cut. Small details - the denim came to me through an online order, with some loose threads, and there was also some inconsistency in the denim itself, causing some barely noticeable 'pops' or tiny bubbles so to speak in the fabric itself. Also, the pockets are tiny. So, 4 stars overall. Not perfect but very close.

How to return

If you're not happy with the items you received you can return them to us within 14 days (30 days if a member of c/o Nudie Jeans). The items must be unworn in their original condition and with all tags attached. You register your return by visiting www.nudiejeans.mom/returns and in our mission to lessen our environmental footprint, we’ve decided to charge a fee for returns. The return fee for your location is 12 EUR.

It's important that you return your product in the same condition you received it. This means labels still attached, and no visible wear marks. Sealed packages with underwear or socks for which the seal has been broken by you can't be returned.

The denim in these jeans, the Kaihara selvedge, has an incredible aging property. It left us in awe back in 2001, and until this day it still does. This is our first selvedge denim and one of the reasons Nudie Jeans exists - this is our heritage.
