The Slim Jim, Nudie Jeans' classic slim-fit style with its signature twin-needle outer seam, is back. Crafted from pitch-black, black overdyed black denim, the Dry Black Tar offers a soft hand feel and a deep black hue that gradually fades into smooth, gray tones. The ring-spun denim showcases a uniform texture with a hint of vertical streakiness. Over time, this streakiness becomes more pronounced with wear, and subtle marble effects emerge through washing, creating a rich, evolving texture marked by muted black and gray tones.

The greatest part of these jeans is not what they look like new, but rather the complete opposite - how they will look tomorrow, and the many days to come. Enjoy aging; it is worth the trouble.

Missed the mark on this re-release for me. I used to hunt on ebay for old Slim Jims as one of my favourite cuts, and owned around 5 of the originals, but this new pair in this fabric just doesn't feel the same. Slightly tighter through the thighs/seat/waist, and the slight bootcut is much more subtle than it used to be. Sizing compared to all my other Nudies feels snug, especially around the seat. This Black Tar wash/fabric is very light and cheap feeling, I know it's a lighter weight denim, but it really misses for me, premium feeling just isn't there at all, especially at this price point. The side seam is already starting to twist after a few wears and one cold soak, pretty disappointed and won't be buying another pair of these new slim jims.

Very good but try for size if you can. Mine were slightly on the large size and I ended up with two pairs. The bigger ones will do for cold weather when you have to put on stuff underneath.

How to return

If you're not happy with the items you received you can return them to us within 14 days (30 days if a member of c/o Nudie Jeans). The items must be unworn in their original condition and with all tags attached. You register your return by visiting www.nudiejeans.mom/returns and in our mission to lessen our environmental footprint, we’ve decided to charge a fee for returns. The return fee for your location is 12 EUR.

It's important that you return your product in the same condition you received it. This means labels still attached, and no visible wear marks. Sealed packages with underwear or socks for which the seal has been broken by you can't be returned.
